Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer service for daily transportation. Provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests the services
  • Handle and resolve customer's complaint and issues.
  • Ensure all deliveries and collection are being monitored and well coordinated.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal department
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Generate all necessary job file and reports for transport operation.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree or relevant;
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply. Preferably with minimum of 23years' experience in Customer Service Management;
  • Be proficiency the customer services / order following up process
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Wellorganized, detailoriented, and able to handle a fastpaced work environment.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and work effectively either as individual & team player.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
