We are looking for relevant professional, talent and competent individual to fill the vacancy for the following position to be
based in Kuching:

Secretarial Executive

Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager, Company Secretarial, in handling full spectrum of company secretarial work, which include:
i) Incorporation of companies and setting up of businesses

ii) Maintenance of statutory registers and records

iii) Preparation of pre and post papers and documentations for meetings. Preparation of minutes and any resolutions thereon from such meetings.

iv) Liaise with relevant authorities, bankers, legal advisors, etc.

v) Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (including deadlines)

vi) Advising on the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Securities' Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and best practices

Requirements:

i ) Member of MAICSA, a licensed Secretary, ICSA graduate or equivalent professional certification.

ii) Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

iii) Experience in secretarial consultancy firm an advantage.

iv) Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

v) independent worker and able to work under stress.

Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month
