Familiar with employment and advertising agencies for recruitment and selection with best match of job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Negotiate with agencies for service fee, online employment service availability for long term use and cost effectiveness.
  • Focus on details relating to filing of insurance policy for Workman Compensation (Socso), update panel doctor directory, timely performance appraisal submission by Division Heads.
  • Assist HR & Admin to update and prepare annual headcount report and organization chart.
  • Develop standard contract/agreement for overseas and local workers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in local languages and also good writing skills Ability to resolve staff issues and advisory service on internal policy and procedures.
  • Develop Staff Handbook on HR Policies & Procedures and updating staff and internet portal with revised version of organization policies and related areas.
  • Conduct exit interviews with planning and recording to analysis situation for improvement of staff retention.
  • Involve in development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and updating system with data support.
  • Ability to educate staff on the organization personnel policies, benefits and recruitment procedures to staff or job applicant.
  • Keep personnel files current to answer queries and provide 'user friendly' database system for staff files and information ready for personnel actions.
- Ability to perform variety of office support and administration duties of general and specialised cases in the HR Division
