    :HR cum Admin Officer / HR Administrator:

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5.45 PM)

  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll using Easypay software for around 50 headcounts.
  • IR8A submission, IR21 tax clearance.
  • Preparation and submission of government labour surveys.
  • Handle foreign worker levy waiver, government childcare/maternity claims.
  • Update HRrelated SOPs & prepare HR letters.
  • Prepare documents for staff annual performance appraisal.
  • Responsible for full recruitment process from job posting till onboarding.
  • Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
  • Handle workers' enquiries such as salary matters and grievances if any.
  • Liaise with vendors on office/building maintenance.
  • Prepare memos in English and Mandarin.
  • Manage outsourced cleaning vendor.
  • Liaise with vendors on servicing of office equipment.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as renewing of company's licenses.
  • Assist in company welfare matters.
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements of Directors and Sales Team.
  • Provide secretarial support to management when necessary.
  • Assist in other duties assigned by supervisor as and when necessary.
