Delegate Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Generate Leads:
Proactively identify and pursue potential leads within the target market.
Utilize various channels, including online research and social media, to identify and engage with potential conference delegates.
Communicate with Leads:
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our conferences to potential delegates.
Utilize excellent telephone communication skills to engage with leads and build interest in our events.
Close Delegate Sales:
Employ convincing skills to secure delegate participation in oil and gas forums, conferences, and seminars.
Meet and exceed annual sales targets through successful deal closures.
Communication:
Conduct both telephone and online communication to engage with leads and facilitate the sales process.
Build Strong Customer Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience.
Act as a primary point of contact for conference delegates, providing information and support as needed.
Qualifications:

University or College Degree: Successful completion of a degree program.

Excellent Telephone Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.

Convincing Skills on the Phone: Proven ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.

Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, the internet, and social media for business purposes.

Fluency in English: Strong command of the English language; additional language skills are advantageous.

Determination to Succeed: Demonstrated determination and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Dynamic and Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-driven with a passion for sales.

Ability to Learn and Adapt: Capacity to learn and thrive in a rapidly evolving business environment.
