Assist in Leasing & Operation administraton.

  • To prepare and review payment vouchers, debit/ credit notes, official receipt, bank reconciliation.
  • To key in account related information into the accounting system and update cash book.
  • Monthly budget preparation and monitor cash flows collection and payments.
  • To ensure proper accounts documentation are kept and filed.
  • To maintain proper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records and record integrity.
  • Maintain effective liaison with external parties, tenant, management office and other relevant parties.
  • Perform collection of rental fee, bookkeeping administration.
  • Prepare offer letter, tenancy agreement, renewal letter and so on.
  • Prepare leasing report, monthly rental collection, cash flow projection.
  • Responsible for the rental collection issuance notice etc.
  • Assist additional task as at requested by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated at least in STPM/ Diploma/ Advance or Degree in any equivalent.
  • Positive attitude, team player, willing to work independently.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal.
  • With own transport and able to work at

  • Monday to Friday
