As a Department Administrator cum Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Digital Marketing Department within Kincho Tech Marketing.

Also, you are responsible to assist department heads ad hoc tasks, including research, data analysis, meeting minutes and reports generation.

This role requires an enthusiastic personnel who has a strategic mindset, excellent social-skills, and a deep understanding of human behaviours.

You will collaborate with department staff to work effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: assist department head for the research, data analysis, ad hoc tasks etc.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for department heads.
  • Preparation works: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between departments, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office operation and report to head of department and ad hoc tasks given.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

  • Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and documentation.

Qualification/Skills:

  • Degree in business administration, or a related field, bachelor's degree in business administration or MBA shall be a plus point.
  • At least 5 years of experience in progressive administration works.
  • Experience in Personal Assistant shall be a plus point.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing industry shall be preferable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary:
RM3, RM7,000.00 per month
