SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department

by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, indexing,

copying, binding, scanning etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties and responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned from time to time.

  • Sorting workorder for closing based on required date
  • Segregates workorder by account/date for workorder closing by CS.
  • To index the closed workorder numbers by bundle
  • To archive/ index the bundle of closed workorders in carton
  • To assist in preparing material for supply
  • To assist in document filing management
  • To assist in adhoc project
  • To assist in any other adhoc tasks

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
