The National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) is a non-governmental organization that provides services & assistance to families and people with autism spectrum disorder.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Minimum diploma or equivalent to qualified.
- One to two years of experience in an administrate role/
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Administrative assistants need strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in MS office including Outlook and other organisation tools.
- Being organised and detail oriented.
- To work independently and the ability to multitask.
- Being flexible and able to adapt to changes in the work.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the daytoday operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files and handling correspondence.
- To complete and compile monthly report of the centre before 7th of the month.
- Prepare Invoice every day for the parents after receiving session money.
- Prepare Administration memo when necessary.
- Handling parents NASOM membership record.
- Keeping and updating student's session records
- Coordinating with parents to schedule monthly appointments for Autism diagnosis.
- Collecting deposits for assessments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Facilitating multidisciplinary team meetings and fostering professional sharing among team members.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Centre Manager
Job Types:

RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
