Join our team as a Club Administrator and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club.
As the Club Administrator, you'll oversee various responsibilities includingadministrative tasks, cash management, reports and documentation and membership sales.
Administrative
- Answer phone calls regarding any enquiries
- Supervise cleanliness and facility maintenance
- Assist with building administration coordination
- Monitor and order office supplies and gym inventory
- Provide general support to the gym
- Monitor Payables
Cash Related
- Billing collections
- Day to day cash transactions
- Cash and transactions consolidation
- Record cash receipts and issue invoices to customers
- Bank deposits
- Maintain petty cash funds release, replenishment, liquidations and reports
Reports and Documentation
- Audit (double checks all contracts, sales etc)
- Inventory
- Assist in presentation of regularly scheduled reports
- Preparation of Daily Sales Report
- Supervise log books in the club
Membership Sales
- Assist and conduct sales presentations
- Assist with member communication.
- Maintain contact lists
- Lead generation
