The Finance Executive plays a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the eInvoicing process within the organization.

This role involves actively participating in the eInvoicing project, performing testing as required, and executing tasks related to expenses during the go-live phase.

Additionally, the Finance Executive will provide support to the Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting in minute writing and follow-up actions with stakeholders involved in the eInvoicing project.

Post-implementation, the Finance Executive will continue to support and perform tasks for the expense management team to ensure seamless operations and ongoing optimization of processes.

Key Accountabilities
- eInvoicing Process Development. To support immediate supervisor on the collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the eInvoicing process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance. To support immediate supervisor to conduct thorough testing of the eInvoicing system to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
  • Expense Management: To support immediate supervisor to execute tasks related to expense processing during the implementation phase of eInvoicing, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
  • Project Mobilization: Be readily available to mobilize within the eInvoicing project as needed, providing support and expertise to address emerging requirements or challenges.
  • PMO Support and/or other adhoc project as assigned by immediate supervisor: Assist the PMO by writing meeting minutes, documenting decisions, and facilitating followup actions with relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project coordination and/or assist the team in other adhoc projects.
Performance Measures

  • The efficiency and effectiveness of the eInvoicing process through metrics such as processing time, error rates, and cost savings.
  • Evaluate the success rate of testing activities by tracking the number of identified issues, their severity, and resolution timelines.
  • Assess the accuracy of expense processing during the golive phase by comparing processed data against predefined standards and benchmarks.
  • Quantify the contribution to the eInvoicing project by evaluating involvement in key milestones, deliverables, and overall project success.
