Job description:

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth hostel check in.
  • Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on HRrelated issues.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Attends to all adhoc tasks and inquiries related to labor management, hostel management and transport management.

Skills set:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
