**優先資格、經驗和技能**
- 學位/文憑持有者。最好從事零售管理、營運或行銷工作。
- 至少四 (4) 年零售或銷售營運管理經驗,在快速消費品或零售業擁有良好的業績記錄。理想情況下,他/她應該有銷售和客戶服務的經驗,並且有能力建立能夠真正實現雙贏的關係。
- 對零售銷售流程有深入的了解 - 擅長數字 - 了解庫存庫存程序 - 擅長計算機,特別是 MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)
- 能夠清晰、一致地與各種資歷和職能部門並肩工作,以交付複雜的計劃,並按時、按預算、超額完成目標
- 能夠在戰略和戰術層面上運作
- 善於分析、具創業精神、注重結果
- 能夠快速調整並對即時情況做出有效反應
- 管理客戶關係的能力
- 要求熟練英語口語和書面能力
