Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties, including attending to phone calls.
  • Responsible for procurement and sourcing process (Check PRs submitted by the regional office and issue P/O when necessary).
  • Coordinate shipment, and prepare shipping documents as required (e.g. Airway bills, bills of landing, P/O, D/O, etc.).
  • Ensure outgoing and incoming shipments are made on time, within budget and to the exact location.
  • Follow up closely with the respective suppliers on the order & delivery status.
  • Trigger Payment (Upon receiving invoices from vendors & when goods are ready for shipment by vendor).
  • Effectively acquire the most relevant and costeffective deals.
  • Source and manage suppliers, vendors, and maintain good business relationships.
  • Mail Management, checking staff claims.
  • Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases.
  • Other adhoc tasks as assigned.

  • Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
