Duties & Responsibilities;_

  • Implement overall recruiting process such as sourcing, screening, shortlisting and conducting qualitative interviews
  • Preparation of all HR correspondence such as appointment, confirmations, salary review, resignations, termination, warning and etc.
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • Perform daily attendance tracking, leave management and processing of monthly employee claims.
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
  • Implementing and maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, performance evaluation, compensation and benifits) of each employee
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues and liaising with statutory government bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO,CIDB etc
  • Manage employees' grievances
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
  • Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
  • Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
  • Designing compensation and benefits packages
  • Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
  • Create and run referral bonus programs
  • Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Planning & implementing company event (team building, festivals celebrations, annual dinner etc)
  • Any other HR operational and clerical duties as required.

Skills & Qualification:_

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with fullcycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Understands company culture

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
