  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyse campaign performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 57 years in digital marketing, with a strong background in SEO, funnel optimization, and CRM. Prior experience in a management role is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret complex data, optimise resources, and execute market research that drives strategic decisions.
  • Leadership and Communication: Authentic interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire team members and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
