The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement.

The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market.

  • Set up and handle daily broadcast productions, ensuring all equipment is properly prepared and functioning.
  • Operate cameras during the livestream, capturing the product of the brand and other relevant shots as directed.
  • Operate streaming software during the livestream, able to communicate effectively with producers and cue camera operators to capture desired footage and shots as per production requirements.
  • Support other teams by sharing productionrelated knowledge and expertise, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure smooth and timely preparation preshow, including checking and adjusting camera angles, lighting, and other technical elements: microphones before and during the show.
  • Handle audio setup, managing and assisting with the preparation of hosts/guests' microphones before and during the show.
  • Monitor the show in realtime, staying alert and ready to handle any technical issues that may arise, such as camera malfunctions or audio glitches.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the livestream quality, such as camera angles, lighting adjustments, or technical setups.
  • Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned, which may include assisting with set changes, troubleshooting equipment issues, or providing support in other productionrelated areas.

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in any field, preferably mass communications.
  • Strong understanding on live streaming softwares such as OBS, Vmix, xSplit.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
  • Solid understanding of livestream production processes and the ability to support other teams with productionrelated knowledge.
  • Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin added advantage) to handle livestreams in different languages.
  • Able to work on live streams with Nonhalal products.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in handling live shows.
  • Experience in ecommerce/live streaming industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with setting up lighting, cameras and audio for the studio.
  • Production problemsolving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly for broadcast related matters.
  • Understand the technical aspect of broadcasting and live streaming.
  • Basic knowledge of audio equipment operation (mixer, microphone)
  • Basic knowledge of editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro an added advantage.
