Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event and Health Screening
Admin Support Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of events, with a particular focus on health screening events.

You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Attendance at Health Screening Events: Ensure the physical setup and attendance at health screening events are executed smoothly and professionally.

Document Preparation: Prepare necessary documents before and during health screening events, ensuring all required paperwork is complete and organized for both the event itself and for doctor consultations.

Client Communication: Communicate event details to clients promptly and efficiently, providing them with all necessary information and ensuring their needs are met.

Communication with Doctor and Clients: Facilitate communication between doctors and clients, ensuring a seamless consultation process during the event and addressing any concerns or queries.

Event Coordination: Raise job orders once events are confirmed, cross-check bookings and arrangements with event managers, and oversee event preparations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Client Relationship Management: Follow up with clients for any upcoming events, maintain rapport, and address any client concerns or feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Post-Event Management: Ensure all important documents are collected after each event and that any necessary follow-up actions are completed efficiently.

Other Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by your superior from time to time, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the team.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problemsolving skills.
  • Must possess own transportation to travel to event locations as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
