Create and refine a diverse menu featuring Indian dishes and unique fusion cuisine

  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and plating, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Lead and menter the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation and consistency
  • Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels
  • Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimise waste and optimise resources
  • Stay current with culinary trends and continuously experiment with new recipes and techniques

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a chef with a strong background in Indian Cuisine and fusion cooking
  • Culinary or equivalent professional training

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
