Receptionist cum Admin


  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
  • Ensure office is well kept and meeting rooms are set up properly for meetings, including but not limited to arranging refreshments and/or food catering for guests, if required.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing letters.
  • Provide general clerical duties, including but not limited to manage postal mails and courier, photocopying and faxing.
  • Provide general secretarial duties such as managing meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements and any other administrative matters.
  • Manage special assignments, adhoc functions and related duties as and when required.

  • Strong coordination ability, initiative, resourcefulness and ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in using computer.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
