Receptionist Office Admin

- Responsible for general administrative duties in the office.
- To assist in monitoring and upkeep of office equipment and office supplies.
- Monitor the toner and ink for the printer, photocopy and fax machine.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Monitor and order office suppliers, ensuring office is stocked with necessary suppliers.
- Keep track and monitor of the office assets including laptops, buntings, uniform, etc.
- Book travel arrangements/arrange meeting and appointments and provide reminders.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning & etc.
- Overall management of office administrative tasks and duties.
- To arrange and receive mails to and from the courier dispatcher.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- At least one (1) year in general office administration and experience as front office assistant/receptionist
- Polite & pleasant personality
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (optional)
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
