Job Descriptions

  • Assist with accounts receivable activities, including organizing and recording customer payment vouchers.
  • Assist with the monthly closing of accounts and maintenance of appropriate accounting records and filing systems.
  • Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agents, external auditors, government agencies, and professional advisers on company-related matters.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with HR-related documentation and compliance, preparing letters, memos, offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Assist in organizing company events, such as company dinners, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Undertake any other temporary tasks assigned by management and superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Six working days.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing.
  • Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiar with SQL accounting & payroll system.
  • Experience in stock market is preferred.
