Full sets of Human Resource and Accounts.

  • Familiar with Labor Law and Industrial Relation (HR policies and employee benefits).
  • HR function such as salary calculation (Payroll), Staff leave, staff personal record, documentation including submission for KWSP and Socso and etc.
  • Handle all HR documentation such as letter of appointment, confirmation, contract renewal, & to ensure all employees files and data are updated accordingly.
  • Liaise with auditor and company secretary in ensuring compliance of our company's taxation and secretarial documents.
  • Ensure personal file is always wellorganized and maintain uptodate.
  • Drafting of company handbook.
  • Handle staff claim.
  • Recruitment and handling interview.
  • To monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
  • Perform month end closing.
  • Prepare audit schedule.
  • Handle daily and monthly cash flow reports & updates.
  • Familiar with Account & Payroll system.
  • Responsible to make sure all document to be kept private and confidential.
  • Maintenance of proper filings and financial records.
  • Any other adhoc task assigned by Hire Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferrably Malaysian with knowledge in Employment Act
  • Those who have experiences in basic knowledge in Accounting will be preferred
  • Can be working on Tuesday-Saturday
  • Working Hours will be 9am6pm
