Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Azzurro Sdn Bhd located in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including HRIS administration, benefits administration, and training coordination.

The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) administration
  • Knowledge of benefits administration processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication and timemanagement skills
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed and filed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information and ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution.
  • Policy Implementation: Help enforce company policies and procedures and provide information to employees regarding HR policies.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations issues, including coordinating meetings and maintaining records of interactions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist with preparing compliance reports as needed.
  • Training and Development: Support the organization of training sessions and workshops. Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
  • Special Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Pay:
RM2,000.00 per month
