HR Assistant

- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases
- Administer and support HR programs, including benefits enrollment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.
- Initiate onboarding and offboarding
- Support the performance management process, including goalsetting, quarterly growth conversations, and appraisal activities.
- Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist in drafting, revising, and disseminating HR documents, policies and procedures.
- Participate in various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in human resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
