HR Assistant (Recruitment)
Location:
Jalan Bukit Petaling, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: 3 Months Temporary (renewable based on business need)
Working Days/Hours:
Monday - Friday / 8.00 am pm
Basic Salary:
Up to RM3,000
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager with all required HR functions.
- Major responsibilities in the area of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Employee On-Boarding, Exit Management and WorkDay/Data system.
- Support and assist the Payroll Administration, Healthcare Benefits, Employee Relation, Timesheet and Leave tracking, Training and Development and HR Events.
- Where required, to perform other administrative duties as directed by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience HR/Admin (preferably in a multicultural environment)

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- A selfstarter with the drive and initiative and able to work as a team/individual with a positive attitude and open minded.
- Experience in a nonprofit organization and international environment is preferred.
- Must be able to travel, as and when required.
Degree Fresh Graduates with internship experience in Recruitment are encouraged to apply
