Executive - Store Construction (Licensing & Admin)

Role Responsibilities

  • To liaise with government bodies or local authorities to ensure all documents are completed and compliance with regulations. Stay updated on all information and changes for relevant licensing regulations in different locations within Malaysia.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure all submissions are compiled in an accurate manner and submitted promptly before the due date.
  • Maintain organized records of all licensing documents, including permits, certificates, and renewals. Monitor license expiration dates and proactively renew licenses as necessary to avoid disruptions in operations.
  • Maintain systematic filing and documentation of the project department.
  • Able to handle and perform other administrative works.

Role Requirements

  • Preferable minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels and government authorities.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Responsible and reliable, able to work independently in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work in office based at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
