Job Summary:


As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient customer support to our Mandarin-speaking partners.

Your primary role will be to establish and maintain excellent rapport with clients in order to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

You will serve as a vital link between our organization and our partners, working collaboratively to assist them in achieving their goals while promoting our services and reinforcing our commitment to their business success.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our partner businesses, their products/services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and valuable guidance.
  • Identify and assess partner needs, striving to exceed their expectations by promptly resolving issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with partners, ensuring CRM systems are updated accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner queries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues for resolution.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate and implement partner-specific solutions, ensuring effective communication at all stages.
  • Actively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to partners, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Regularly generate reports and analyze data to monitor partner satisfaction levels, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and competitors' activities, demonstrating expertise to partners and fostering trust in our services.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing feedback, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential, with excellent command of English as well.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a partner/business services or B2B environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse partner organizations.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical skills to navigate various software tools.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, as some partners might be located in different time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
