Overall Purpose Of The Job  To support GSS PTP in terms of AP invoicing and reconciliation function or payment.

 To support PTP Manager towards achieving Service Quality KPI and strategic objectives of GSS  To supervise Senior Analyst and Analyst, PTP on the daily operations B.

Key Responsibilities  Supervise the process periodic and ad hoc payments in an accurate and timely manner with zero tolerance rate of "double-payment".

 Supervise the execution of "Accounts Allocation" regularly and ensure PTP accounts are free from debit balance.  Work with Master Data Management team on supplier master data maintenance requirement to ensure accurate PTP status.  Ensure smooth completion of month-end close process including coordination with Country Finance Departments to close all month-end queries.

 Reconcile book balance and Vendor's statement of account timely and ensure reconciling items and aged items are properly followed up.

 Monitoring of incoming AP invoices from local country and ensure handle in timely manner.  Monitoring of incoming AP inquiry from both external and internal clients and ensure prompt reply.  Ensure complete and proper records retention.  Perform backup activities for one's peer/department as and when required.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments.
  • Management and development of Senior Analyst and Analyst C.
Job Profile  Minimum 5-6 years work experience in PTP field  Prior experience in Shared Service or fast-pace MNC environment with high volume transactions would be an advantage  Knowledge of SUN Accounting System and or Oracle  Professional with high level of integrity.  Takes great initiative, possess strong commitment, hardworking and responsible.  Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
