Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Outlet Manager located in WP Kuala Lumpur. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Al-Amar outlets. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, managing inventory, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
