Assisting the HR & Admin on administrative matters among others but not limited to:

  • To handle day-to-day administrative tasks i.e. purchasing, monitor staff e-leave using Worksy system and other related work.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by immediate superior
  • Assisting in developing and implementing employee training programme
  • Coordinating employee training sessions and seminars
  • Responsible to check the attendance every month for all departments
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by immediate superior
.

Job Requirement:

  • Good command of spoken & written of Malay and English language.
  • Computer literate and proficient
  • Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & selfmotivated and a good team player
  • Selfmotivated, result oriented and a fast learner
  • Must have valid driving licence.
  • Salary will depend on your qualification and related working experince.

Salary:
From RM1,800.00 per month
