Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive financial system in line with the headquarters' accounting, auditing, and internal control requirements.
  • Monitor and work well with subordinates in preparing yearly financial budgets, to ensure clear communication and reporting to headquarters and directors.
  • Manage all accountingrelated matters, including preparing periodic financial statements and reports. And oversee company's accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with HR and administrationrelated tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and general office management.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements, including taxation, employment, and data privacy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support crossfunctional initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Monitors office staffs' work performance. Coach subordinates on important aspects of work performance, and where appropriate recommends development plans promotion or further improvement in areas of poor performance.
  • Assist to the director for decision making and problem solving on daily operation tasks to ensure smooth operation of the company.

Salary:
RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
