Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan in alignment with the global vision and objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to the management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Identify new market opportunities, assess risks, and make informed decisions to drive sustainable growth.

Business Development:

Explore and evaluate potential overseas markets for Geely Automotive, developing market entry strategies and expansion plans.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and business partners.
Leverage knowledge of the Chinese automotive industry and China-Malaysia government relations to navigate and capitalize on opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments, implementing best practices and optimizing resources.
Oversee the development and implementation of robust processes and systems to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.

Team Management:

Build and lead a high-performing, motivated, and diverse management team.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to key executives, enabling them to excel in their respective roles.

Stakeholder Management:

Represent Geely International Malaysia in external engagements, industry forums, and events.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, government officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
Utilize fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to facilitate effective communication and relationship management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on international markets.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Indepth understanding of the Chinese automotive industry, including the supply chain and market dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of China-Malaysia government relations and ability to navigate regulatory environments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decisionmaking abilities, with the ability to balance longterm vision with shortterm operational needs.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding abilities in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Pay:
From RM40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Tanjung Malim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
