HR Strategy and Planning:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by identifying and addressing talent gaps, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR initiatives support the company's growth and expansion plans.

Talent Acquisition and Management:


  • Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.

3.

Organizational Development and Culture:


  • Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes employee wellbeing.
  • Implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and employee welfare.
  • Monitor market trends to benchmark and adjust compensation and benefits packages as necessary.

Learning and Development:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Identify training needs, design training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.

6.

HR Operations and Compliance:


  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, employee data management, HRIS, and employee records.
  • Implement HR metrics and analytics to drive datadriven decisionmaking and monitor HR performance.

7.

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Represent the company in external HR networks, industry associations, and events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in human resources leadership roles, with a strong focus on both China and international markets.
  • Deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and cultural transformation.
  • Proven experience in driving HR strategies that support business growth and organizational performance.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in China and Malaysia.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change management initiatives and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to leverage HR data for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Ability to navigate crosscultural dynamics and work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Pay:
From RM35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Tanjung Malim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
