1.Maintaining attendance and monitor staff attendance record on E-TMS System

2.Maintaining E-Leave System

3.Prepare Payment Vouchers under HR expenses

4.Prepare PR as per request by HR Department (Stationery, Uniform, Cleaning Equipment, etc)

5.Issue employee ID card, parking sticker and uniform to new employees.

6.Monitor the office stationeries and safekeeping of the stationeries (Daily)

7.Company cars-car maintenance, renewal road tax and insurance, usage control etc.

8.Check and confirm monthly summary overtime before submit for payroll processing.

9.To monitor canteen operation and ensure caterer follow company procedure.

10.Prepare monthly report for medical claim, printing usage, canteen subsidy and etc

12.To coordinate and involve in company event

13.Support on HR and safety documentation preparation.

14.Hostel and foreign workers Management (if needed)

15.Any ad-hoc matters instructed by Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
