Manage hiring process in line with business needs.
- Ensure adherence and fulfilment of statutory requirements on people matter.
- Able to handle private and confidential matter and issues such as salary, bonus, increment, personal information and well maintain employees’ file and data in proper way.
- Play a role in counselling employees who faces issues in performing daily task or conflict in working place.
- Handle foreign worker related matter such as Application, Renewal and Termination of Employment Pass.
- Liaise with FW agencies and related Government Bodies to ensure regulation compliance
- Handle FW work issues in term of disciplinary, complaint and grievances.
- Liaise with local authorities in regards to all statutory regulation and all labour matter.
- Conduct investigation and Domestic Inquiry or attend conciliation at IR and Labour Department whenever required
- Ensure submission of payroll related documents on time and attend to routine equerries of employee related to payroll administration.
- Interpret and implement approved company policy and procedure consistently and fairly.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
