Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, positive and diligent
  • Perform data entry with accuracy.
  • Prepare, sort documents and filing as and when required.
  • Assist in other administrative matters.
  • Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
  • Prepare and issue quotation, purchase order in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirement:

  • Computer literate with good understanding and command accounting software (SQL)
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written & verbal
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
