Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI's.
  • Lead business analytics consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership.
  • Develop and implement brand communication plans ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Develop & lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement.
  • Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhered across all different retail channel distribution.
  • Develop and execute customer loyalty programs and innovation campaigns to maintain profitable relationships with key customers and drive higher retention rates.
  • Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • Monitor and review effectiveness of brand campaigns and loyalty programmes.
  • Manage brand A&P, P&L, forecasting and optimize brand investments.
  • Be 'hands on' and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives.

Requirements:

  • University degree in marketing or related business.
  • FMCG experience, critical to success with at least 2 to 5 years in a reputable FMCG company managing a brand.
  • Experience managing skincare/ fragrance brand an added advantage.
  • Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bilingual (English & Bahasa).
  • Team player, self confident with strong leadership qualities.
  • Independent & Innovative, multitask and good time management skills.
  • A gogetter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously.
