Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Possess a global perspective and be able to position the brand in opposition to competitors on an international scale.
  • Develop a precise understanding of EBC's business and branding to support the success of the Business Development team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Datadriven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
