Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.

  • Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, checkcashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Must be salesminded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
  • Responsible for hotel telephone system operations, including software updates, revenues and interfacing with the telecommunications office to insure proper billing and customer service.

Job requirement:

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Warisan, Sepang.
  • Decisive, reliable, self initiative with good working attitude
  • Team player and excellent communication skills


For Non Supervisor
  • Fresh graduate are most welcome to apply
  • Admin/Front office Asst/ Duty Manager/Sales Manager (Executive) at lease diploma/ bachelor degree in business admin (hotel management) or equivalent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
