- Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
- Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing.
- Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary.
- Process all payment types, vouchers, paidouts, and charges. Balance and drop receipts.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
Job requirements:
- Open to all Malaysian SPM, Certificate, Diploma, and Degree Graduates
- Unemployed for more than 1 month
- Possess strong interest towards being employed in Hotel Industry and willing to adopt new skill.
- Experience not requiredTraining Provided
- Willing to work on shift
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
