Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
  • Supervise the daytoday operations of the front desk.
  • Assign duties to front desk agents and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure the front desk is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Handle guest checkins and checkouts efficiently.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service standards.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm welcome.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest feedback and implement improvements based on suggestions.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
  • Prepare daily reports and summaries of front desk activities.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and order replenishments as needed.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff.
  • Collaborate with the reservations team to manage room allocations and bookings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Year of Experience & Salary Range
0 - 2 years RM 1,800 min - RM 2,500 max
2-5 years RM 2,500 min - RM 4,000 max
5+ years RM 4,000 and above

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
