Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Hotel Zamburger Sdn Bhd Full time

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- You will also ensure hotel charges are processed diligently to guest’s accounts, invoices are accurate, billing instructions are verifies, all necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlements
- Provide assistance to everyday receptionists and develop and evaluate sales calls and provide efficient training program to staff to ensure smooth working
- Responsible to all cash receives and make sure all the cash at counter are kept properly
- Abide by the company regulations to protect all the guest details as private and confidentially by not revealing to any third party including family members
- Administer productivity of staff and ensure achievement of all departmental goals and oversee reservation activities for facility
- Ensure that all guests receive a positive first and last impression Hotel Zamburger
- Resolve customer issues, complaints in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
- Takes responsibility in maintain the good facilities and room conditions in hotel
- Controls cash transactions at the front desk, bank in the cash to the assigned bank account, and maintains complete responsibility

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
