- ead FM engineers/executive interfacing in all relevant audits and authority inspections, maintain FM documentations which related to Engineering and Operations (i.e as-built drawing, up to date layouts, authority documentations, licenses etc.) L
- ead FM system owners in ensuring on-time maintenance fulfillment for all relevant services and ensure updating, tracking and monitoring of Facility Assets list and Assets maintenance in SAP-PM. C
- ontinuously identify and asses all Electrical and Control system equipment's health level and life-spent. P
- lan and execute equipment and system upgrading according to FM Bluebook and continuous improvement program. C
- oordination of new facilities system transition from project completion phase to operation phase. Subsequently provide input to Engineering section for development phase. I
- mprove systematic of cost planning, tracking and control to increase efficiency of operation cost management. L
- ead all necessary project which related to Green Initiatives, Efficient Energy Management and others relevant program in line with Corporate Decarbonization and Digitalization policy

- ufficient knowledge in FMCS and SPC D
- eep understanding in RCM & FMECA F

- ound knowledge in Legal Requirement (FMA, OSHA, UBBL,NFPA, EMEER2008, ABE1994 etc.) E
- xperience in Technical and Administration aspect of Project Management
