  • Work closely with management team to provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Enforce discipline and motivate workers to create a safe and productive work force.
  • Manage & coordinate staff training and development programs.
  • Oversee the payroll processing for both permanent and contract employees. Establish a remuneration and welfare system inline with current market practices to meet objectives for good employee retention and motivated work force.
  • Responsible to meet all statutory requirements pertaining to employment act, labor act, personal data protection and other Malaysia regulations pertaining to employment.
  • Undertake adhoc projects or tasks as assigned periodically.

Salary:
Up to RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
