Responsibilities:

  • 1. Responsible for and manager overall Human Resource functions such as paybill management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, participation with manpower planning, performance management and employee relations.
  • 2. Review and develop company policy & employee's handbook (HR Policies, procedures and manual.
  • 3. To handle the full set of recruitment process and to recruit the right talents within the hiring timeline.
  • 4. To review compensation and benefits packages and policies aligned with the Company's strategy.
  • 5. prepare and generate HR report and its related scope of activities report(s) in a timely and accurate manner with indepth analysis.
  • 6. Coordinate and administer Performance Appraisal, setting of KPI exercise as per timeline.
  • 7. Handling on disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee;s relation matters in compliance with local legislation
  • 8. To plan, coordinate and organize employee activities and events.
  • 9. Structure the HR Department according to the strengths and weaknesses of each employee of the department.
  • 10. Establish and improve the human resources management system, formulate professional human resources training, there implements and evaluate the system.
  • 11. Summarize work reports, communicate with HOD, pass information to employees.
  • 12. Complete various tasks assigned by HOD when required.

Job Requirement:

  • 1) Bachelors/Master in Human Resources
  • 2) Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Assistant HR Manager/or Country/ Business HR lead.
  • 3) Experience as a HR strategic Partner and a proven ability to partner with Senior leaders.
  • 4) Experience in Talent Management and Performance Management
  • 5) Proven ability to understand and provide creative solutions to business challenges.
  • 6) Excellent leadership, team building, facilitation relationship building and consultation skills
  • 7) Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • 8) Excellent organizational & people skills,and project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
  • 9) Strong interpersonal skills.
  • 10) Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • 11) Having an innovative mindset will an added advantage

Salary: RM 3, RM7,000.00 per month(depends on working experience)
