SUMMARY:


You'll manage customer interactions, oversee online marketplaces, contribute to customer-focused marketing campaigns, and conduct insightful market research to understand our customers better.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance Customer Experience:
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally through various eCommerce sales channels.
  • Cultivate positive customer interactions to exceed expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Online Marketplace Management:


  • Optimize the customer experience on platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
  • Contribute to successful campaigns by ensuring accurate product listings, monitoring reviews, and engaging with customers for brand loyalty.
  • Optimize sales performance on online marketplaces through promotions, campaigns, and related activities.

Support Marketing Campaigns:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to infuse customercentric approaches into campaigns.
  • Enhance customer engagement, community building, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Market Research and Insights:


  • Conduct indepth market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to guide business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Proficiency in conducting market research, surveys, and analyzing customer data for meaningful insights.
