Summary :
- This is a non voice data entry & writing type of customer service or back end support job done through chat and email in a BPO (call centre) setting.
Coordinate online with customers, either collecting or offering them information through a web-based chat program or via e-mail.
Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.
Applicants must be willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
Each Shift consists of 9 working hours included 1-hour lunch break-timePreferred to have 1 year or more of customer service experiencePreferred to have Salary & Benefit :
