As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
Your main duties will include:
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting customers with their orders, payments, and account-related queries.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborating with other teams to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
