Aufgaben:

Task Description:

Operational meeting with Business Units:

  • Steer and strategize on the operations to achieve Incentive Terms & ConditionsOrganize regular communication with BU's through operations meeting to discuss on Incentive Achievement and improvement strategiesGather feedbacks, review, and formulate improvement programs and provide feedbacks/reviews on their performance and activities (KPI)Documenting and development of work instructions and workflows for approved endtoend processes of system and business processes related to incentives

Reporting on T&C:

  • Manage and oversee monthly reporting to management on achievement of incentive terms and conditions.
Escalate to higher management in a timely manner if any of the T&C are at risk of fulfilment.
Ensure records of documents is in order.

Monitoring of Regulatory Requirements:

  • Monitor and ensure adherence and compliance to all regulatory guidelines and processes (e

g:
customs laws, importation, exportation and transshipment clearance processes, Free Zone Operations)Escalate to higher management in a timely manner if any operations or activities are not in compliant with the laws and regulations

External Engagement:

  • Represent MBPLAP in engagements with the government ministries/agencies relevant topics affecting the organization in short, medium, and long term in accordance with all compliance regulations.
Establish good business rapport and relationship with the authorities through regular communication.
Liaison and escalation management with respective authorities, wherever required.
Ensure records of documents is in order.

Qualifikationen:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management / Strategic Management / Economic/ Automotive Engineering/ or equivalentMin 5 years related working experience in Automotive Parts business.
Min 5 years related working experience with Customs and Free Trade Zone operations.
Experience in stakeholder and team Management (e

g:
conflict management etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong capability in verbal and written command of English and Bahasa Malaysia across a geographical dispersed audienceExcellent knowledge and understanding of the Laws, regulations and guidelines of Free Trade Zone Operations, Investments in Malaysia

  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office
